The Marian Centre is a 31 bed standalone psychiatric hospital in Wembley. Acuitus has been engaged to provide commercial advice on a range of expansion and redevelopment options available to the owners.

 

The current proposal is to expand the current business operations to a 60 bed facility by undertaking the construction of a new wing and the refurbishment of the current building premises to maximise efficiencies.
